我是一家猎头公司的顾问,现受一家知名美资射频IC公司的委托,急招一位在北京的FAE.要求候选人对手机RF设计有丰富的经验,最好有moto,索尼爱立信,爱立信,ADI,或Flextronics,大唐微电子,西门子移动等知名外资企业的工作背景,待遇优厚.具体要求如下:

Location:Beijing

Salary:200k+

Key areas of responsibility

--Provide local Technical support for Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Mixers and other RF components for key Beijing handset and base station customers ; Sony Ericsson, Ericsson, Motorola, Flextronics and other mobile handsets designers in the Beijing area.

--Communicate progress and issues from local customers to in house Applications Engineers, Design Engineers, Technical Marketing people located at US headquarters.

--Operate local lab with the intent of providing fast local support. Utilize extensive American in house engineering resources to accomplish goal of successfully designing in Skyworks leading edge portfolio of best in class RF components with customers.

--Travel to US and Europe 2~3 times per year for training and team coordination.

--Work with multicultural multiple country teams including the US, Europe and Japan. Excellent communication a must. 

Requirement:

--BSEE + 3 yrs experience.

--Strong RF Engineering background. Experience with Power Amplifiers and Transceivers a plus.

--Strong sense of customer service.

--Excellent English skills.

--Ability to work in Global team and to communicate well with peers.

--Strong team player.

--Good organizational skills.

--Ability to secure Visa to travel outside China 2~3 times per year.
